Imagination was responsible for the DSDs’ design, scope, software development, build, testing and installation, while British designer Thomas Heatherwick designed the external casings to echo his fluid architectural vision for the mall.
The DSDs’ intuitive and user-friendly design pairs touch screen swipe functions with the ability to navigate the mall with ease, tracking live data to shape and improve the customer experience.
Providing real-time updates on in-store events and promotions, they even show live weather warnings direct from the Hong Kong Observatory.
