Hot on the heels of our success at the Event Awards, we were last night awarded SILVER for the sponsorship activation project we created for Samsung at the Beijing Olympic Games.

 

Olympic Rendezvous @ Samsung won in the Most Immersive Brand Event category for the Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards 2009.

 

The Olympic pavilion we built embodied the concept of camaraderie, achievement and unity.  Imagination set out to create an immersive and memorable experience for a multiplicity of audiences – a physical space for Chinese attendees, global sports fans and Olympic athletes to share.  Across the 32 days of activity, the OR@S welcomed an unprecedented 1.5 million visitors, including 1,000 athletes and guests each day.

 

We were also highly commended by the panel of judges as Brand Experience Agency of the Year.
