Challenge
Our initial brief was to produce a cost-effective and informative annual review that would highlight the support services offered by Thames Reach. As a strategic communications tool, the review had to reflect what homeless and vulnerable people experience and how the support Thames Reach provides is transforming lives.
Solution
Following a message development stage, we created a review that showcased the six key areas in which Thames Reach works, by illustrating the journey people make from being homeless to rebuilding their lives. To keep costs to a minimum, we offered a solution where the whole review could be produced using only one sheet of paper.
Result
The review increased awareness of the support services offered by Thames Reach and resulted in an increase in funding via both the public and local authorities. It showed that strategic communications can work wonders also with a small budget.
